NCSoft Account Services gets a nod of approval this time. Just got the email awhile ago that they returned my Guild Wars account to my PlayNC account (or whatever had happened) and reversed all activity that had taken place since the initial password change. In the middle of bad weather delays so I whipped out the M11x and logged into the game — all my characters and their belongings are intact!
